Our client, a leading organization in the printing and technology support industry, is seeking a Onsite Printer Technical Support to join their team. As a Onsite Printer Technical Support, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the technical service team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Onsite Printer Technical Support
Location: Cincinnati, OH
What's the Job?- Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
- Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble system/products in accordance with standard procedures.
- Assist end users with device functionality, including clearing paper jams and replacing consumables.
- Coordinate with support teams and report customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction to appropriate management.
- Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet production goals.
