Data Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects to improve food, facilities, and uniform service performance across client sites
• Collect, clean, and analyze operational, financial, and customer data from multiple systems
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to inform leadership decisions and track performance
• Partner with operations, finance, and client teams to translate insights into actionable improvements
• Build and maintain predictive and descriptive models to forecast trends and optimize resources
• Standardize analytics processes, data definitions, and quality controls across locations
• Present findings to non-technical stakeholders with clear visualizations and recommendations
• Support testing of new initiatives and measure business impact of changes
• Mentor analysts and promote a data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with company and client requirements
