This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Cincinnati, OH. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance products, providing excellent customer service, and supporting clients in selecting and managing insurance plans. This role includes identifying client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

• Proven skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Experience in Insurance and knowledge of industry best practices
• Proficiency in Finance and understanding of cost-saving strategies
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Cincinnati, OH
• Valid insurance license is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
