Roto‑Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast‑growing water restoration team in the Southeast Region. This is a full‑time position based out of Cincinnati, OH. The hourly rate is $20.00–$24.00, depending on experience.

• Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.
• Follow established billing and collections procedures.

• Xactimate software and estimate writing experience are preferred.
• Insurance claims experience is required.
• Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Outstanding organizational, time‑management, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Driver’s license.
