- Manage and service an assigned book of Property & Casualty business as the primary client contact
- Lead client strategy, coverage design, risk assessment, and service delivery
- Direct client service team members and align resources with client needs
- Design, market, and implement insurance programs based on client risk profiles
- Review contracts, exposures, and coverage requirements
- Compile underwriting data and engage carriers for program placement
- Execute daily service tasks including endorsements, certificates, and client requests
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables
- Maintain client records and documentation
- Monitor workflows and resolve issues proactively
- Support billing coordination and policy lifecycle management
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Executives, Practice Leaders, internal teams, and carrier partners
- Support onboarding of new clients and compliance standards
- Maintain relationships with underwriters and carrier partners
- Support business development, organic growth, client stewardship, and value demonstration
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives
- Represent the organization at meetings and industry functions as needed
- Identify workflow and service delivery improvements
- Stay informed on industry trends, carrier appetites, and market conditions
- Promote best practices across client service operations
- Contribute to team training and development
- Property & Casualty License
- 5-10 years of commercial lines experience
- Client management and servicing experience
- Strong technical knowledge of P&C coverages
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- College degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Professional designations such as CIC or CPCU (preferred)
- Experience with complex or large accounts (preferred)
- Prior mentoring or leadership experience (preferred)
Demonstrates expertise in Property & Casualty insurance management, client servicing, and risk assessment, with a strong focus on delivering tailored insurance programs and maintaining client relationships. Proficient in compliance standards, workflow improvements, and team leadership.
