This position provides bilingual translation and liaison support to assist families, staff, and district operations. The role supports parent meetings, translates documents, assists with preschool enrollment, and helps with communication during building and district events where Spanish-language assistance is needed. It also serves as a point of contact for public questions and concerns, escalating more complex or confidential matters to the appropriate district staff while collaborating on special projects as assigned.

Under general supervision, welcomes visitors, prospective students, and parents/guardians to MTHCS. Educates parents/guardians of prospective students on the enrollment process and gathers & processes all required documentation. Creates and organizes all student records in alignment with District policies & procedures. Performs basic clerical and office support services. Supports our Spanish-speaking families in the enrollment process.

Pay Range - $49,896 -$70,140 (
