Litigation, Legal Secretary
We’re partnering with a respected, well-run personal injury law firm in Cincinnati that has built a strong reputation for handling meaningful cases—and for building teams that actually stick. This role is for an experienced Litigation Paralegal who wants to be truly embedded in the litigation process, not just pushing paper. You’ll work closely with attorneys on active cases, have real ownership over your work, and be part of a team that values organization, quality, and collaboration over chaos and burnout.
If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, under-supported, or stuck in a role where everything is reactive, this is the kind of opportunity that’s worth a quiet, confidential conversation. Exploring this role does not put you “on the market,” and nothing will be shared without your permission.
ABOUT THE ROLE:You’ll support a busy personal injury litigation practice and play a key role in keeping cases moving efficiently from discovery through trial. This is a hands‑on litigation role for someone who knows civil litigation timelines, enjoys managing details, and takes pride in running a tight, organized docket.
