We are seeking a motivated Construction Associate Attorney to join a dynamic legal team serving clients across the construction industry. This full-time opportunity offers hands-on exposure to dispute resolution and contract work while supporting contractors, design-builders, subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers. The Construction Associate Attorney will support a wide range of construction law matters, with a focus on dispute resolution and contract review. The role offers direct client interaction and meaningful involvement in active matters.

• Participate in mediation, litigation, and arbitration involving construction disputes
• Prepare, review, and negotiate construction contracts
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions
• Prepare and respond to written discovery
• Assist with trial and arbitration preparation
• Communicate with clients regarding legal strategy and practical considerations
• Support senior attorneys on complex construction matters

• Active law license in Missouri or Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience
• Strong legal research and legal writing skills
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients
• Experience preparing cases for trial or arbitration

• Background or coursework in construction law
• Familiarity with construction contracts and project delivery methods
• Experience working with construction industry clients
