Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Business Industry Group in the Kentucky and Southern Ohio markets. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in corporate law. Basic contract, corporate governance, and merger and acquisition experience required. Experience with tax and securities, a plus.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments. Office location may be flexible.
