Overview
A well-regarded law firm is seeking a team-oriented Associate Tax Attorney to join its Tax-Exempt Organizations practice in Cincinnati. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate interested in supporting nonprofit and mission-driven organizations within a collaborative, growing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Support tax-exempt organizations on compliance, governance, and operational matters.
- Work closely with senior attorneys on matters involving nonprofit entities.
- Advise organizations in sectors such as healthcare, higher education, and religious institutions (experience helpful but not required).
- 2+ years of experience in a tax or business law practice.
- Large law firm experience preferred.
- Interest in tax-exempt organizations and nonprofit work.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
