A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join their team.
Key Responsibilities Lead commercial negotiations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer-facing agreements Partner with Sales and Deal Desk leaders to navigate complex deal terms across enterprise and mid-market segments Manage data privacy and security reviews and collaborate with Security teams on customer questionnaires
Required Qualifications JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 7+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise commercial or transactional work Deep expertise in B2B SaaS agreements, including MSAs and related terms Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and related privacy frameworks In-house SaaS experience required
