Key Responsibilities Handle a full caseload of EPLI matters, including litigation, mediation, and pre-litigation counseling Represent insureds and insurers in employment-related disputes across state and federal forums Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documentation with precision and strategic insight
Required Qualifications JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in state of residence, in good standing 8+ years of substantive experience in employment litigation, with a focus on EPLI matters Significant experience handling employment-related claims, including discrimination and wrongful termination Proven ability to manage EPLI cases from inception through resolution
