Key Responsibilities Order and review title commitments, exception documents, and surveys, resolving issues with title companies and surveyors Prepare and coordinate the execution of real estate agreements and various land and title documents Coordinate and assist with all aspects of closings, including preparation of closing documents and post-closing requirements
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 5 years of real estate paralegal experience in an in-house legal department or at a law firm Previous experience in the renewable energy industry preferred, but not required Transactional experience and familiarity with closing mechanics and documentation Paralegal certificate preferred, but not required
