Key Responsibilities Serve as a legal partner to Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams for developing payments-related offerings Provide strategic legal advice to support the launch and scaling of payments products globally Advise on regulatory requirements and compliance for product expansion into new jurisdictions
Required Qualifications J.D. or equivalent with admission to practice law in the United States 7+ years of legal experience in payments, blockchain, and financial services Deep understanding of U.S. federal and state payments laws and regulations Experience advising product and engineering teams on legal requirements in payment network design Strong familiarity with financial institution partnerships and global banking institutions
