Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in reviewing and assessing clients' Personal Injury claims by organizing and summarizing relevant records and evidence Support claim development from intake to resolution by gathering documentation and ensuring complete case files Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase, maintaining consistent communication and updates
Required Qualifications 2-6 years of experience in Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Tennessee Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload Experience in requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures
Experience with case management software is a plus
