Licensed Boarding Paralegal

Position: New York Licensed Boarding Paralegal
A company is looking for a Boarding Paralegal responsible for managing the initial stages of foreclosure cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and establish new case files, ensuring proper organization of associated documents Review loan documents to verify completeness and determine if additional documents are needed Input client and case information into the firm's case management system while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant experience in the industry considered in lieu of a degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in default services, preferably in foreclosure and bankruptcy Proficiency in Case Aware and familiarity with BKFS/Tempo is highly desirable Exceptional organizational skills Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
