A company is looking for a Senior Trial Attorney-Staff Counsel.

Key Responsibilities Handle automobile and premises liability and complex bodily injury litigation, including pre-trial, mediation, trial, and post-trial resolution Prepare and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions for effective representation of insureds Identify and promote settlement opportunities while coordinating case handling with the Claims Department

Required Qualifications Minimum of six years of experience in automobile and premises liability and complex bodily injury litigation Juris Doctorate and admission to the Florida bar Jury trial experience Advanced knowledge of Florida Rules of Evidence and Rules of Civil Procedure Experience defending matters involving multiple parties
