A company is looking for a Senior Counsel Corporate to support securities law, governance, and corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities Provide legal guidance on financing and strategic transactions, including M&A and joint ventures Oversee corporate secretarial functions and compliance for domestic and foreign entities Draft, negotiate, and review complex agreements while managing legal services budgets

Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to a US state bar Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry Experience in corporate governance, M&A, and equity compensation Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations affecting corporate transactions Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
