Rendigs, Fry, Kiely & Dennis, LLP is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years' experience in litigation defense and/or medical malpractice. The selected candidate will manage litigation and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience. This partnership track position is ideal for the right candidate who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities- Manage the Litigation Process
- Have experience with depositions, court appearances and some trial experience.
- Prioritize work assignments, projects, and deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent people, oral, and written communication skills.
- Possess a strong client service philosophy, responsiveness and sense of urgency.
- Juris Doctor Degree
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio (required) and/or Kentucky (preferred)
