The Litigation Attorney will play a crucial role in managing a high-value caseload primarily focused on personal injury cases. This position involves significant responsibilities, including trial preparation and client communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills while handling multiple cases. The role requires a proactive approach to litigation and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

A collaborative spirit and the ability to mentor support staff are essential for success in this position.

• Manage a caseload of 50-70 cases, focusing on personal injury and wrongful death
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff
• Ensure excellent client communication and diligent action on all matters
• Prepare for trials and take depositions
• Work on high-value litigation cases, including trucking and motor vehicle collisions

• At least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Plaintiff experience is required
• Experience in taking and defending depositions
• Trial preparation or trial experience is strongly preferred
• Bar license in good standing within the state of practice
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and coaching support staff
• Ability to present case settlement numbers during the interview process
• Flexibility in the approach to case management is preferred
