Real Estate Finance Attorney

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking experienced attorneys to join their growing Real Estate teams in Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky locations. The ideal candidates will have 8+ years’ experience representing public and private companies working on complex real estate finance transactions representing both borrowers and large financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have experience of first-chairing real estate finance transactions.

LIHTC experience, a plus. Portable business preferred.

Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments. Office location may be flexible.
