Corporate Associate Attorney

Beacon Hill Legal is assisting a nationally recognized AmLaw firm seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its growing business practice in either Columbus or Cincinnati.

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated middle market and large-cap transactions as part of a collaborative national platform. The role offers direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to work across a broad range of corporate matters alongside attorneys in multiple offices.

• Public and private M&A transactions
• Private equity investments and acquisitions
• Growth equity financings
• Joint ventures and strategic transactions
• General corporate counseling
• Commercial contracts and related business matters

• 3-6 years of corporate transactional experience
• Strong experience supporting and managing M&A transactions, including due diligence, ancillary transaction documents, and diligence reporting
• Ability to manage transaction workflows and operate with increasing independence
• Experience with broader corporate matters, including commercial agreements, joint ventures, or capital markets work
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to practice in Ohio
