PrimaryFunction/General Purpose Of Position
The Driver is responsible for driving the Mobile Health Unit to and from places where our patients live and work. Once on-site, the Driver collects information and registers patients for their appointments. Responsibilities include learning established routes/schedules and maintaining positive client relations. This position will require you to float to multiple locations.
Essential Job Functions- Operates hospital vehicle to transport Mobile Health, equipment to various sites in a safe manner
- Completes daily checklist to ensure van and equipment are in working order and reports any malfunction of the vehicle to management
- Gases vehicle on specified days of the week and maintains cleanliness of van and stocks supplies when necessary
- Meets and greets customers by obtaining and verifying the patient’s demographic information and ensures the completion of forms
