Execute Purchasing with Precision

You'll play a critical role in supplier coordination and purchasing execution to keep our operations moving efficiently.

  • Create and manage purchase orders aligned with supply plans
  • Track supplier deliveries, lead times, and order status
  • Expedite materials when needed to support production priorities

Own SAP & Data Accuracy

Strong systems and reliable data drive great supply chains and you'll help make that happen.

  • Maintain planning and purchasing parameters in SAP including lead times, lot sizes, and safety stock
  • Execute MRP signals, review exceptions, and take corrective action
  • Ensure accuracy of material masters, vendor information, and purchasing records
Collaborate Across the Business

Success at Baerlocher comes through teamwork and shared accountability.

  • Partner closely with Production, Scheduling, Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse teams
  • Communicate material risks, constraints, and tradeoffs clearly and proactively
  • Support integrated planning and operational decision-making
Improve the Way We Work

We believe in continuous improvement and proactive problem solving.

  • Identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency and material visibility
  • Support process improvements, standard work, and system optimization efforts
  • Contribute to a disciplined, solution-focused supply chain culture
