Job Description Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain an up-to-date supplier database. Assist in negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure competitive rates and favorable conditions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and support the development of effective sourcing strategies. Monitor supplier performance, addressing issues or discrepancies to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance standards are met.

Support continuous improvement in sourcing processes by identifying opportunities and implementing best practices. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging supplier opportunities to optimize sourcing decisions. Maintain documentation and records related to supplier evaluations, contracts, and sourcing activities.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:40,500 to 50,500 USD“Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. Cincinnati area candidates are eligible for this role only.”The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities;
