This full-time, on-site Freight Broker role is based in Tashkent and supports the coordination of freight movements within the company’s network. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and securing freight, negotiating rates with carriers and shippers, and matching available loads with appropriate trucks. The Freight Broker will manage dispatch activities, monitor shipments, and proactively resolve any service issues to ensure on-time delivery. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers, handling inquiries, updating load information in internal systems, and collaborating with the operations team to optimize routes and capacity.
Qualifications- Candidates should possess skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage to source loads, negotiate rates, and manage end-to-end freight transactions.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Account Management skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support client retention.
- Candidates should possess Dispatching skills to assign loads, coordinate driver schedules, and monitor shipment progress.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to analyze freight rates, capacity, and market conditions to make sound operational decisions.
- Proficiency with logistics or transportation management systems and standard office software.
- Prior experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation operations is preferred.
- Relevant education in business, logistics, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience will be considered.
