, an asset-based carrier that operates its own fleet, running full-truckload (FTL) freight in dry van, bulk, and open deck modalities. QQR Transport is building its dispatch and operations team in Cincinnati, Ohio and looking for experienced logistics professionals that are ready to grow their careers.

The Dispatch Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role within QQR Transport
, based in the Cincinnati metropolitan area. You will oversee daily dispatch operations, fleet utilization, driver performance, and customer service execution across the company fleet. Working closely with executive leadership, you'll ensure we deliver exceptional service while maximizing revenue, asset productivity, and customer satisfaction - leading a team of dispatchers, providing real-time guidance, resolving service issues, and escalating operational risk before it impacts our mission-critical customers.

This role is accountable for working with drivers, improving day-to-day processes, increasing business efficiencies, leading teams, and completing administrative processes - accomplished through tracking systems and close collaboration with other team members.
