Senior Buyer

• Manage procurement of raw materials and subcontracted services to support production schedules and customer commitments.
• Plan and monitor short- and long-term material requirements using an ERP system (SAP experience preferred).
• Maintain accurate supplier delivery schedules and ensure ERP data is current.
• Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery and product quality.
• Expedite orders and proactively resolve material shortages to minimize production disruptions.
• Analyze potential supply chain risks and recommend solutions to improve delivery performance.
• Partner with internal teams to support inventory objectives and production capacity.
• Communicate regularly with suppliers to confirm order status and delivery expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
