Senior Supply Chain Process Lead — Plan & Deliver (SAP S​/4HANA)

About the Role

Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Process Lead to own the North America supply chain process end to end - from demand, supply and production planning through order-to-delivery, transportation, and inventory. This is the most senior business-process role in the portfolio: you shape and arbitrate the largest live queue of change requests, and you act as the business counterweight to the global S/4

HANA program and the Digital & Technology organization at leadership level.

• Own the end-to-end Plan & Deliver process for North America: S&OP/IBP, demand and supply planning, production planning, order-to-delivery, transportation, and inventory.
• Shape, prioritize and arbitrate the supply chain change-request queue - deciding what gets built, in what order, and what "good" looks like - balancing Planning, Commercial, Warehouse and Finance interests.
• Act as senior business counterpart to the global S/4
  
  HANA program and IT delivery leadership: challenge solution designs, protect business outcomes, and commit business capacity for testing and adoption.
• Drive process standardization and integration across the planning and execution halves, so the demand signal survives from forecast to truck.
• Own business validation of delivered changes in your domain - UAT scope, sign-off, and adoption follow-through.
• Report portfolio health and process KPIs (forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory health) to regional leadership.

• 15-20+ years in FMCG or CPG supply chain, with genuine ownership on both the planning side and the execution side.
• End-to-end process ownership experience: S&OP/IBP through delivery, transportation, and inventory.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA as a business owner across both halves - planning (PP/MM, with IBP or APO) and execution (SD/LE).
• Senior cross-functional authority: a track record of arbitrating between Planning, Commercial, Warehouse and Finance and making decisions stick.
• Experience operating alongside a major ERP transformation program (business lead, process owner, or workstream lead).
• Experience in template-governed global SAP environments.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CSCP, CPIM) or equivalent.
