Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Inventory & Demand Planner II to join their team. As a Inventory & Demand Planner II, you will be part of the Planning Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solutions-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory & Demand Planner II

What's the Job?
  • Manage order entry, production scheduling, and inventory allocation to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Leverage ERP systems to produce, analyze reports, and support KPI tracking for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align production schedules with capacity and customer commitments.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and lead or participate in Kaizen events to enhance processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tolling customers on daily operational matters, including scheduling and issue resolution.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments or contract manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Business Central, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and build relationships across departments.
