Hourly, Non-exempt

$17/hr+ (Dependant upon experience)

Up to 40hrs weekly; overtime available

To continuously improve and uphold the facilities and property of Vineyard Northwest, allowing us to offer an outstanding environment to all who visit our campus.

The facilities director would prepare and maintain a welcoming facility and campus that is clean, safe, secure, inviting, prepared and purposeful.

• Understanding of building systems, including but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
• Ability to identify and resolve facility-related issues effectively
• Proficient in cleaning and janitorial services.
• Experience with building security systems and safety management
  CCB and Google Workspace

• This role requires a flexible schedule, including regular weekend (especially Sunday) and some evening availability to support church activities. Hours will vary based on church needs
• Ability to remain standing for the majority of one’s shift
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Complete Cincinnati School of Supernatural Ministry & Vineyard Basics-Within one year of hire, if not previously completed

• Perform janitorial and cleaning duties for the church building
• Unlock and lock building on Sunday mornings
• Oversee facility equipment and services (lawn service, elevator, snow removal, etc.)
• Room set up and tear down for events (resources, thermostat, furniture, vacuuming)
• Perform routine maintenance responsibilities (drywall repair, painting, light bulbs)
• Exterior facility and grounds upkeep
• Oversee key and security code distribution
• Be the contact person for churches security system
• Maintain contracts; review and renegotiate as needed
• Coordinate with Trustee board as necessary
• Oversee Maintenance Specialist
• Oversee and recruit Facilities volunteers
• Offer support during conferences such as Kingdom Pursuit, The Outpouring, and NW Kids Summer Camp
