Your role is essential in maintaining our units' quality, cleanliness, and functionality, directly impacting the guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Inspect & Maintain Quality Standards—Travel to locations throughout the city to conduct thorough post-cleaning inspections to ensure all units meet Cozy Suites' high standards—coach housekeeping vendors when necessary to uphold quality.
  • Ensure a Seamless Guest Experience – Partner with the offsite guest experience team to anticipate and resolve guest concerns, conduct VIP pre-check-ins, and perform routine property walkthroughs.
  • Manage Inventory & Supplies – Ensure all units are stocked with linens and essentials, provide real-time replenishment as needed, and help maintain housekeeping storage levels.
  • Oversee & Perform Light Maintenance – Identify and report maintenance, security, and safety issues while handling minor repairs like unclogging toilets, replacing light bulbs, and adjusting furniture.
  • Optimize Property Presentation – Align furniture and amenities to prescribed layouts, ensuring a polished and inviting space for every guest stay.
  • Coordinate with Vendors & Property Teams – Visit properties to coordinate with cleaning teams, third-party maintenance providers, and property offices to complete work orders efficiently.
  • Step In When Needed – On rare occasions, assist with cleaning when vendors are unavailable to uphold Cozy Suites' commitment to excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous housekeeping lead or supervisor experience (hotels or short-term rentals) (Required)
  • A reliable personal vehicle + valid car insurance (Required)
  • Valid driver’s license (Required)
  • Smartphone (willing to download company apps) (Required)
  • Willingness to travel between properties daily (Required)
  • Tech-savvy mindset – familiarity with smart locks, Wi-Fi routers, and other IT devices (Preferred)
  • Strong hospitality skills – professional, guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to pass a background check (Required)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • Reach overhead and below the waist
  • Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 30
    -40 pounds
  • Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Hourly Wage: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience and achievementSchedule: Work will consist of 5-6 days a week, for 6-8 hours a day, tailored to your preference.
