Job Title: Full-Time Bilingual Cleaning Lead

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45209

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Sundays are mandatory.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Cleaning Lead to oversee and participate in daily cleaning operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing team members, assisting with cleaning tasks, and operating commercial cleaning equipment to ensure that the job site meets Ram Clean’s high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and work alongside cleaning staff during the full shift, providing direction and support as needed.
• Manage Sunday cleaning services. This job requires availability on Sundays.
• Assign duties and communicate the scope of work clearly to both first and second shift teams.
• Operate and maintain a variety of cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and Kaivac machines.
• Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols are followed.
• Act as the point person for any on-site issues, escalating concerns to management when necessary.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and respond to unplanned needs or special requests promptly.
• Support special events or additional cleaning needs that arise outside the regular schedule.
• Maintain inventory awareness and report supply needs or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Promote a team-oriented, respectful, and productive work environment.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in commercial cleaning.
• Proven ability to lead or supervise teams in a cleaning or operations environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning machinery and best practices for commercial spaces.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and self-directed with a high level of accountability.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

• This role is based in active client facilities and requires physical stamina and adaptability.
• The position involves direct, hands-on work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
