Maple Knoll Village is a warm, welcoming senior living community located in Cincinnati, OH. We are seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Residential Housekeeper to join our Independent Living Housekeeping team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, sanitary, Home for our residents. This is a meaningful position where your work directly supports seniors’ wellbeing, comfort, and quality of life.

This is a full‑time dayshift position. The hours for this position are 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays. The pay range for this position is $15.00–$17.50 per hour. Pay is based on prior housekeeping experience. Some experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Clean resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces according to established standards
  • Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash
  • Notify management of needed repairs, safety concerns, or changes in resident needs
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and equipment in a safe and organized manner
  • Follow infection control and safety procedures
  • Interact respectfully and compassionately with residents, families, and staff
  • Support a positive, team‑oriented work environment
Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (senior living or hospitality experience a plus)
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Genuine desire to work with and help older adults
  • Ability to follow procedures, schedules, and safety protocols
  • Compassionate, friendly, and patient demeanor
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact positively with residents and staff

Benefits will begin after 30 days of employment. Benefits will include Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay, 401(k) with a guaranteed match up to 5%. Some additional voluntary benefits, short‑ and long‑term disability are also available.
