Buckingham is seeking a tenacious maintenance professional who demonstrates a high sense of urgency, manages priorities effectively, is coachable and overcomes obstacles. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience, property performance and presentation.

• Perform daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community including HVAC, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
• Manage priorities and execute tasks effectively while providing excellent internal and external customer service.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently, reliable transportation and availability for 24‑hour, on‑call maintenance upon schedule.
• Own smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
• High accountability, ownership, excellent time management skills and strong customer service orientation.
