Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Weekends may be required depending on company needs.

Part-Time Position

Travel required to multiple sites - mileage reimbursement included.

• Overseeing nightly cleaning operations across various client sites with guidance from your Area Manager.
• Ensuring cleaning quality meets (and exceeds!) client expectations.
• Training new team members and recognizing rockstar performers.
• Delivering cleaning products and keeping sites stocked and ready.
• Communicating regularly with upper management to squash issues and improve service.
• Juggling nightly priorities and schedules across multiple locations.

• Shift lead or keyholder experience is a plus.
• Strong decision‑making skills.
• Time management wizardry (planning nightly and weekly tasks is your jam).
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• A flexible mindset – you’re not tied to one desk or one building.
• Bonus points for a sense of humor and a can‑do attitude.
