Maple Knoll Village is a warm, welcoming senior living community located in Cincinnati, OH. We are seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Residential Housekeeper to join our Independent Living Housekeeping team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, sanitary home for our residents. This is a meaningful position where your work directly supports seniors' wellbeing, comfort, and quality of life.

This is a full‑time day shift position. The hours are 7:30 am–3:30 pm, Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays. Pay is $15.00–$17.50 per hour, based on prior housekeeping experience.

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces according to established standards
• Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash
• Notify management of needed repairs, safety concerns, or changes in resident needs
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and equipment in a safe and organized manner
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Interact respectfully and compassionately with residents, families, and staff
• Support a positive, team‑oriented work environment

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (senior living or hospitality experience a plus)
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Genuine desire to work with and help older adults
• Ability to follow procedures, schedules, and safety protocols
• Compassionate, friendly, and patient demeanor
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and ability to interact positively with residents and staff
