Janitorial Cleaner; Evening Floater

NSG, Inc. is currently seeking a dependable full-time Janitorial Flex Cleaner to support various client locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. This role is perfect for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work independently while representing a trusted local company.

• Monday-Friday | 4:30 p.m.
  
  - 12:30 a.m. (40 hours per week) + occasional required weekend work

• $17-$18 per hour
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Mileage reimbursement

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, including restrooms and high-touch areas
• Remove and dispose of trash and recycling
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
• Complete assigned reports and communicate site details to management
• Monitor cleaning supply levels and request restocks when needed

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle for travel between sites
• 2-3 years of professional cleaning experience
• Ability to work independently and maintain strong communication with management
• Must be dependable and professional in all interactions

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Ability to interact cordially and professionally with customers and team members
