Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently, have reliable transportation and availability for 24‑hour, on‑call maintenance upon schedule. Additionally, qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).

As Maintenance Technician
, you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with a high degree of accountability and ownership, excellent time management skills and internal and external customer service.
