Restaurant Maintenance/Custodian - pay starts between $15 to $17 per hour.

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck twice a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Communicate with managers when maintenance issues arise
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

• Ensuring a memorable visit:
  Maintaining the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas
• Providing the supply:
  Unloading incoming deliveries and helping replenish necessary stock
• Being in the know:
  Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems
• Leading the experience:
  Ensuring the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence
