Clovernook is a resident-centered long-term care community seeking a dedicated Full-Time Floor Tech to keep our facility spotless and safe. Make a real difference in resident care through top-notch floor maintenance!
Key Responsibilities
Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff hard surface floors daily
Vacuum and spot-clean carpets throughout resident rooms, hallways, and common areas
Safely operate floor equipment including buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, and vacuums
Move furniture to clean and reset areas efficiently
Follow strict infection control, safety protocols, and PPE standards
Maintain equipment and report issues promptly
Assist with general housekeeping and special deep-clean projects
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience in floor care, housekeeping, or environmental services (healthcare a plus!)
Comfortable operating floor care machinery
Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs and stand/walk most of shift
Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, safe spaces
