Job Title: Full-Time Bilingual Cleaning Lead

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45209

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (40 hours/week). Sundays are mandatory.

Position Summary: We are looking for a dependable and bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Cleaning Lead to oversee and participate in daily cleaning operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing team members, assisting with cleaning/janitorial tasks, and operating commercial cleaning equipment to ensure that the job sites meet Ram Clean’s high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and work alongside cleaning staff during the full shift, providing direction and support as needed.
• Manage Sunday cleaning services.
• Assign duties and communicate the scope of work clearly to both first and second shift teams.
• Operate and maintain a variety of cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and Kaivac machines.
• Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols are followed.
• Act as the point person for any on-site issues, escalating concerns to management when necessary.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and respond to unplanned needs or special requests promptly.
• Support special events or additional cleaning needs that arise outside the regular schedule.
• Maintain inventory awareness and report supply needs or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Promote a team-oriented, respectful, and productive work environment.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in commercial cleaning.
• Proven ability to lead or supervise teams in a cleaning or operations environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning machinery and best practices for commercial spaces.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and self-directed with a high level of accountability.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

• This role is based in active client facilities and requires physical stamina and adaptability.
• The position involves direct, hands-on work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
