This is a contract, flexible‑schedule cleaning role
. As an independent contractor with Cincy Maid
, you’ll be matched with residential and light commercial cleaning clients in your area — and supported with job scheduling, communication, and tools so you can focus on delivering great cleanings and growing your income

You choose your availability
, and we help fill your schedule with consistent, high‑paying cleaning jobs.

• Performing residential cleanings: deep cleans, maintenance cleans, and move‑in/move‑out jobs
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, floors, surfaces, and high‑touch areas
• Working independently and efficiently with attention to detail
• Managing your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Communicating professionally with clients and Cincy Maid staff

• $30–$50/hour
  , based on job type and experience
• Direct tips from clients (often generous for great work!)
• Performance bonuses for 5‑star reviews and repeat client satisfaction

• 6+ months of residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Must pass a background check
• Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies (we can advise you)
