NSG, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated seasonal Janitorial Cleaner for an office facility located in downtown Cincinnati. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

* THIS POSITION IS SEASONAL AND RUNS UNTIL DEC 31, 2026*

Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:

Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m.

- 11:30 p.m. (30 Hours Per Week)

Compensation:

• Competitive rate of pay: $16.50 per hour.
• Weekly pay every Friday.

Primary responsibility is to perform all required janitorial activities as assigned. Janitorial Cleaners, Day Porters, Disinfectors and Floor Technicians work together as a team to provide great service and customer experience. Janitorial Cleaners play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean general office, Kitchenette/Break Areas, Restrooms, Water Fountains, Stairwells, Elevators, Lobby/Tenant Service Areas from top to bottom according to Specification Schedule as outlined
• Sweep, vacuum, and dust mop all floors
• Dust desk tops, flat surface furnishings, horizontal surfaces and edges, wall hangings windowsills and ledges, and venetian blinds.
• Spot wipe walls, doors, interior doors and frames, wipe file cabinets and metal furniture.
• Clean glass top furnishings, vents and grills.

Requirements:

• Ability to work during the specified hours.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Professional and cordial interaction with customers and co-workers.
• Physical ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
