Project person will be supporting – wide variety of miscellaneous tasks to support stores and teams in ecommerce, set up new stores, test and learns of new equipment and products
Team details ie. size, dynamics, locations – Ecommerce business unit, operations, pickup and delivery- fulfillment side, 20 people but team is broken up by wings, contractor is working with 1st party wing – store level
Work Location (in office, hybrid, remote) – 5 days onsite downtown, 25% of role will be store visits
Is travel required – In store visits, about 25%
Shift details- (Working time and working days) 8am-5pm M-F; potential for abnormal hours as projects require (early morning, late evening, weekends)
Interview process and when will it start – 1 round of interviews with members from team virtually 45 min, might bring in for a store visit if deciding between multiple candidates

Job DescriptionProject Manager: responsible for analyzing, planning, and managing projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Experience / QualificationsCandidates with prior relatable work experience and proficient in the following:
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools:
Excel, Power Point. Etc.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in conjunction with stakeholders.
- Ensure all project tasks are completed and objectives are met within the agreed timeline, scope, and budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
- Provide regular status updates to the project team and stakeholders on project progress and any emerging issues or risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project deliverables.
- Partner with store associates to test and gather feedback on new technology / equipment enhancements.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting notes.
- Create training material & conduct train the trainer sessions on new best practices.
- Effectively communicate key information to multiple levels throughout the organization.
