General Manager – Taco Bell (Cincinnati, OH)
Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 per year (depending on experience) + Performance Bonuses

As the General Manager, you are the "Captain of the Ship." You will oversee all aspects of the restaurants operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and every team member feels supported.
Your Mission:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Team: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of 15–40 employees.
- Drive the Business: Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, labor costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.
- Standard of Excellence: Maintain "Best on the Block" standards for food safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Culture Champion: Live the Taco Bell HUNGRY principles (Hungry, Understanding, Never Follow, Grateful, Relentless, and Youthful).
- Problem Solve: Handle the fast-paced environment of a $1.5M+ restaurant with ease and a positive attitude.
- Experience: 2–4 years of management experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail.
- Mindset: A competitive spirit and a "customer-first" mentality.
- Availability: Willingness to work 50 hours per week, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical
Skills:
Basic business math and accounting skills to manage the restaurant budget. - Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check.
