- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Project Management certification
- 8+ years successful project execution experience, including 2+ years in program management
- Proven ability to lead indirect teams of 5+ people
- Strong project management, cost control, decision‑making, problem‑solving, and root cause analysis skills
- Strong financial acumen and ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- High customer‑relations capability and resilience in dynamic environments
- Strong skills with MS Office/Office 365 and MS Project;
Oracle experience is a plus - Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for leading complex programs from planning through completion, ensuring projects meet schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements. The role requires coordinating cross‑functional engineering and service teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with all internal, external, and regulatory standards.
This position oversees the full project lifecycle—developing integrated plans, managing scope and deliverables, tracking financial and schedule performance, identifying risks, and driving corrective actions when needed. The manager partners closely with Sales and Bids & Proposals to transition awarded work into active programs and negotiates with internal teams to achieve results within time and budget constraints.
The role also involves leading and mentoring team members, analyzing program performance, reporting to leadership, maintaining strong customer advocacy, and supporting continuous improvement through lessons learned. Occasional travel may be required.
Compensation:
$55/hr to $65/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
