Summary
Lead and oversee all operational functions for our multifamily portfolio (100+ units), has direct supervision of property and tenant management, leasing, and maintenance. Strategically drive occupancy, resident satisfaction and retention, and operational efficiency across properties. This senior leadership role in a growing, service-driven firm combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to enhance asset value, resident experience, and company growth.
Responsibilities- Direct and oversee leasing operations, marketing strategies, renewals, resident relations, and occupancy maximization across the portfolio
- Supervise maintenance operations, including preventive programs, work order management, vendor/contractor coordination and capital improvements.
- Monitor and analyze P&L, budgets, forecasts, expense control, NOI performance, and strategic forecasting.
- Conduct property inspections, compliance audits, and proactive issue resolution to maintain exceptional property standards
- Negotiate vendor contracts, manage service agreements, and implement cost‑saving measures while ensuring quality/value.
- Collaborate with owners on strategic initiatives, including portfolio optimization, value‑add projects, market analysis, and expansion efforts.
- 5+ years of multifamily property management experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role overseeing leasing, maintenance, and multiple properties/teams
- Proficiency in property management software, advanced MS Office (especially Excel for financial analysis and reporting), and data tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, team‑building, and problem‑solving skills
- Background check and drug screen required
