Vice President, Torque Suites
Torque Suites, a rapidly expanding lifestyle brand at the intersection of automotive passion, design, and community, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President to lead its national growth.
As a division of Neyer Properties, Torque Suites blends high-end automotive storage, hospitality experiences, and social connection. The Vice President will oversee the strategy, culture, and execution that scale Torque from a regional concept to a national lifestyle brand. Initially the Vice President will focus on overseeing the brand strategy and marketing & sales execution functions for Torque. A defined growth plan will transition the Vice President into the President role when Torque becomes a stand‑alone business unit.
This role requires a proven brand builder and operator — someone who understands how to position and scale an experience-driven brand, build loyal communities, and lead through multi-market growth.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Growth- Develop and execute a bold national growth strategy aligned with Neyer Properties’ investment and long-term objectives.
- Lead the expansion of Torque Suites into new markets through brand-led, community-driven development.
- Partner with Neyer’s real estate team to identify and activate new sites with market fit and brand potential.
- Provide strategic oversight on the pursuit and acquisition of sites and runway for future growth.
- Establish scalable systems and structures to replicate success across multiple locations.
- Build the internal leadership and operational infrastructure to sustain healthy growth.
- Lead the national brand strategy, ensuring Torque Suites stands as the most aspirational automotive lifestyle brand in the U.S.
- Shape and protect the brand identity — from design, language, and visual aesthetic to customer experience and event culture.
- Build a premium lifestyle ecosystem that integrates design, builds community, events, partnerships, and storytelling into one cohesive experience.
- Oversee marketing, creative, and communications, driving brand awareness, consistency, and resonance with target audiences across all markets.
- Develop strategic partnerships with automotive brands, luxury goods companies, influencers, and media platforms to expand Torque’s reach and reputation.
- Lead national PR and experiential campaigns — from high-end launch events and car reveals to community experiences that build brand loyalty.
- Serve as the chief ambassador and storyteller, representing Torque across industry events, media, and investor conversations.
- Use data-driven insights to refine positioning, pricing, and community engagement strategies across markets.
- 7+ years of brand leadership, business development, or general management experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, automotive, or premium consumer sectors.
- Proven success building and scaling a national luxury brand across multiple markets.
- Experience in real estate finance and/or development.
- Strong understanding of marketing, brand strategy, community engagement, and operational scaling.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, sales, finance, design).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high strategic capacity and executional rigor.
- Exceptional leadership presence, communication skills, and relationship-building ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or demonstrated strong leadership track record.
