• Lead strategic partnerships between Accenture and nuclear power generation clients to design, shape, and deliver transformative business and technology solutions that improve operational performance, reliability, and long-term asset value. As a Senior Manager, you will guide complex engagements from strategy through execution, serving as a trusted advisor to client leadership while ensuring delivery excellence across programs and portfolios.
• Drive the development and execution of forward-looking strategies addressing operational, technology, and integration challenges across nuclear work management, asset performance, and digital transformation initiatives. Translate client business priorities into scalable programs, aligning functional, technical, and organizational considerations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams, overseeing application design, process transformation, and functional architecture activities while maintaining alignment with regulatory expectations, nuclear safety standards, and industry best practices. Champion innovation by integrating emerging technologies such as AI-enabled analytics, predictive maintenance, digital twins, and advanced asset management capabilities into client solutions.
• Lead the definition and refinement of functional requirements, ensuring solutions meet enterprise objectives while driving sustainable operational improvements. Oversee complex implementations including application deployment, data conversion strategies, testing frameworks, and change management approaches to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.
• Contribute to practice growth by supporting business development, shaping proposals, and expanding strategic relationships across the nuclear ecosystem. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and delivery excellence.
